I JOINED BOOT CAMP FX in September last year and it’s been great! I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined, but it was a intro deal and totally affordable so I decided to just try it. It was surprising, how quickly I caught on. I haven’t taken any kind of regular exercise class like this other than yoga (which is very different.) I knew I’d have a hard time keeping up with some of the harder stuff, but…
I got stronger and better quickly
…and was able to handle heavier weights and more difficult exercises.
Curtis is great and the other “bootcampers” are supportive and encouraging and everyone helps each other out, especially in the beginning when you’re learning how to do everything. No one yells at you. No fitness snobs here.

You can come with no exercise habits under your belt and work your way up at your own pace. Curtis will adjust each exercise for you so that you can manage at your level and he’ll push you when you’re ready and you’ll catch up to everyone else quickly.
