Cabbage Soup Recipe

Healthier than the fad diet counterpart, Mother's cabbage soup recipe is a nutritious, high-fiber, low-calorie appetizer.
It can also be served as the main course if you're a vegetarian.

Ingredients:
Beef broth: 3 cups
Garlic cloves: 2
Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Chopped Cabbage: 2 cups
Onion: 1/2
Chopped Carrot: 1/2 cup
Green beans: 1/2 cup
Chopped Zucchini: 1/2 cup
Basil: 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:

4. Simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat or until all of the vegetables are tender.
5. Then add chopped zucchini and onion and cook for another 5 minutes.
